Paintings Up At Mission Cafe, March 5th New York City

by on March 7, 2010

I’ve just gotten back from hanging eight paintings up at Mission Cafe on 2nd Ave between 4rth and 5th street. This Cafe has such a great vibe, it’s laid back, super friendly, and really affordable.  When was the last time you walked in a place and the waitress shouted over some heads, “Hi! How are you guys!”  Over the years I think it has changed  hands a few times yet still holds on to that old charm and character that echoes back to the old days around here. The menu is huge and they serve breakfast lunch and dinner, and now also serve wine and beer.  If you’re in the area, go by and visit while it’s up! It will be up for 2 months.  Here’s a couple of shots we took while setting up.
