More Istanbul Adventures!

by on May 17, 2011

Culture, a feeling of awareness. Mankind’s will of coexistence. Istanbul is a symbolic city with it’s culture of coexistence hidden in it’s two thousand years of history. A form of energy allowing contradictions to exist, a magical power of attraction. Edifices of Istanbul’s urban civilization, the witnesses of a message for coexistence…..

What can I say, I am in every way completely in heaven here!  One more week left and hoping it goes by at a snails pace. The days have been spilling over with fun and many eye opening adventures giving to me so much of that inspiration I wished for. My mind slows down here as I seep into this ancient and poetic culture.  A culture that I am so grateful to be able to revisit so often, one that gives so much to me in so many ways. My Turkish has definitely improved but not to the point of having any real conversations yet which I’m hoping for one day in the baddest of ways. Ok, got big day tomorrow and must get some zzzz’s right about now!  Have a great week!
